Magnet Program Applications for the 2021-2022 School year
are no longer being accepted

Due to state mandates regarding COVID-19, Magnet Office staff will be working remotely during the school closures.

Information about the application and admissions process is available
from the BCPS Magnet Programs Web site.

BCPS Magnet assessments for high school magnet programs will be implemented virtually.
Due to the recent ransomware attack, the assessment window will be shifted from January 2021 to February 2021.
This will also delay parent notification of the high school admission decisions from March 5, 2021, to April 5, 2021.

Assessment Guidelines for high school magnet programs are now available.

Students must have submitted a high school magnet application by the deadline of
Nov. 6, 2020, to be eligible to assess for the 2021-2022 school year.
