Students are introduced to the field of health care through a rigorous academic program that includes authentic experiences through partnerships with health care providers and intensive classroom instruction in biological sciences, medical drawing, and World Language. Students receive a solid foundation in the study of the human body, its structure, functions, and systems. This program prepares students for success in high school health science programs. Students have the opportunity to earn high school credits in mathematics, science, and world language. Students admitted into Health Sciences will complete a diagnostic assessment as part of the enrollment process.
